Have you ever noticed how sometimes the minutes seem to fly by and at others they crawl like a lazy tortoise?
Today's quote says it well. How are you experiencing time? This summer has been like a whirlwind for me. I feel like I got a month into every week.
The older I get, the more precious each day becomes. I’ve begun to set a clear intention in the morning and focus my actions according to that intention throughout the day. The results are stunning!
Thissummer generated two new best-selling books, deepening relationshipswith friends and family, improved health & fitness and new businesspartnerships around the world. All this by focusing intentionally oneday...one moment at a time.
Did everything proceed smoothly without glitches? Not at all! Yet I did not find myself wasting time stuck in stress like I once did.
