Stresses of everyday living create blockages and imbalances in the major energy centers of the body. Since Reiki reaches all levels of existence, it strives to open and bring these differing levels into a state of balance. By a simple technique of laying on of hands, Reiki energy is transmitted to align the Physical, Mental and Spiritual bodies. Reiki is a totally safe method and can be experienced as an increased sense of oneness and harmony. Reiki healing and teachers assist people in moving toward a higher level of health. Aila Accad’s professional roles include professional speaker, trainer and Well-Being Coach. She is a Registered Nurse achieving both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Nursing. She is also a certified practitioner in Emotional Freedom Techniques (advanced), Healing Touch and the Heart Essence Method and is an ongoing student of the Diamond Heart Approach, which focuses on psycho-spiritual development. Aila began to study Reiki in 2002. She studied all four Reiki Levels with Joyce Hasija, RN, PhD becoming a Reiki Master in 2004 and teaching Reiki since 2005.
