           A Little HerStory

My first memory of being totally stressed was at the age of nine. That experience set me on a LifeQuest to find the answer to life's apparent illogical insanity and the reason for my existence in it~

I learned a lot through books, school, various spiritual and psychological paths. Becoming an expert expert in STRESS as a result. I was a nurse, teacher and trainer, and consulted by everyone about their symptoms of stress. Intellectually, I knew a great deal about STRESS.

Then, in 1987 I had a Moment of Truth ~ an Awakening ~

From that day forward my LifeQuest took a turn toward depth. All that I knew intellectually, began to sink in experientially, on a cellular level.

Many depth experiences later, I came to be known as 'The De-Stress Expert'.

Today, I not only 'know' about stress, 'understand' and 'teach' about it, I 'Live' a de-stressed life ~ And, am delighted to be able to offer programs and products which quickly and effectively support others to do the same!
